PM App Download Issue

Hi There

I’m having problems with the iPhone PM App.

Logged in to the Box and selected a Playlist, then clicked Download to download to iPhone and the App closes itself without downloading the playlist.

Please can you have a look??

Hi Neil
I have moved this to the App and Reader category.
We can’t replicate this issue here, but will check it out and see if we can find the cause.

OK thanks.

I tried another couple of playlists, and they seemed to work OK, maybe it is an issue with that particular playlist?? (It was one uploaded by another one of our band??)

Are you able to download that playlist to the iPad app or to your Mac?
